Each spreadsheet comes as a Google Sheet that can be shared with your partner, planner, or other vendors. This format is best for collaboration. But for our MS Excel friends, the spreadsheet can be downloaded and imported into Excel with minor loss of formatting. Just make sure you double-check some formulas as the transfer sometimes loses the formulas.
