Each template comes with a welcome guide about the template and a link to a brief video showing you how to update your template. For spreadsheets, you will receive a Google Doc Spreadsheet that you can fully customize on your computer and access from anywhere your wedding planning takes you.

Each spreadsheet comes as a Google Sheet that can be shared with your partner, planner, or other vendors. This format is best for collaboration. But for my die-hard MS Excel friends, the spreadsheet can be downloaded and imported into Excel with minor loss of formatting. Just make sure you double-check some formulas as the transfer sometimes loses the formulas.
